Hartland, North Devon

Our first community deployment is actively monitoring traffic through Hartland village. The goal is to gather evidence for a local authority campaign addressing long-standing speeding concerns. This pilot will demonstrate whether affordable, community-owned monitoring can achieve the same outcomes as expensive council surveys.

Now SCARF compliant: Our Traffic Insights page now generates reports aligned with Devon County Council's SCARF methodology (Speed Compliance Action Review Forum) - the same framework used by councils to assess speeding complaints and determine intervention levels.
